Artwork Agreement

As part of our bureau service multiple artwork templates can be created. For each artwork agreement we require:

  • High resolution digital files of your logo and/or other visual effects
  • Relevant pantone colour references and required static text
  • Details of the variable text data fields (eg. name, job title etc.)
  • A rough (or precise) layout guide for photograph, text and logo placement. Our professional design studio can generate some suggestions if you are unsure.

ID Direct will produce a full colour digital artwork proof for you to revise and amend. Once you are satisfied we will produce a physical sample for further inspection and approval.

Send us your data

ID Direct will provide a guide on how you need to present the data to us to enable us to import it into our software.

  • We can receive digital photographs via email or physical photographs for scanning and import.
  • For large scale jobs we have an on-site photography service

Delivery Options, (to be confirmed on you order)

  • Your initial bulk couriered to your delivery address along with your accessories
  • Future cards and re-prints to be mailed by post or sent via secure business post

Fulfillment service:
Provided with appropriate details, ID Direct can attach cards to a letter or leaflet and mail them directly to individual addresses, packaged with any other instructions, messages, accessories, packaged with any other instructions, messages, accessories,gifts or other promotional items.

  • Ideal for club and membership cards

With a full 'Managed service' ID Direct can embed each card with access control technology or apply other high security features such as braille, Guilloche, micro-text print or UV print.
