ID 5000 - The Professional ID Software
ID 5000 is the ideal solution for medium to high volume production.  Is is a network based application, combining advanced functionalities with a user friendly interface.  This feature packed software enables the user to produce high quality ID cards which are compatible with other security systems.  The software is divided into 3 modules:

• Database Layout Creator - easy to configure, user definable database module to create fields and attributes.

• Badge Creator - card layout module for creating card templates.  Wizard driven, import logos and graphics.

• BadgeMaker - this is where you add data, photos, signatures, preview the card and select layout for printing.

Images can be captured via a variety of sources - CCD camera, digital camera, scanner or any TWAIN supported device.  All common types of encoding are supported in the ID 5000, such as barcode (an extensive barcode library is included), magstripe (both LoCo and HiCo) and chip.  All encoding information can be previewed on the screen to check that you have keyed in the correct information prior to printing.  You can also preview the layout of the card.

Automatic Layout
If you want to introduce colour coding to differentiate between cardholders, our automatic layout feature is a must.  No matter how many layouts you create, ID will automatically select the correct one for the card to be printed.  Just select this option and you can even batch print, and the correct card will be printed each time.

Import/Export
Most companies will have their employees' details (personnel, payroll, etc.) in an existing database.  ID 5000 has the ability to import and ascii or .csv file - which means that you simply find the relevant record, add the photograph and print.  NO TYPING!
