VISIBADGE LITE - Easy visitor control
Visibadge Lite is the ideal package for companies of any size who have small numbers of visitors.  This version is a straightforward replacement for a paper-based system, with the benefit of immediate cost savings.  It is also upgradeable to Visibadge Pro or ProEx versions.  If you require only basic reporting facilities and do not need a pre-booking facility, then this is the ideal entry level solution.  This software is very easy to use and will enable you reception staff to handle your visitors efficiently and professionally.

Enhanced Image
Visibadge visitor passes will enhance the image of your organisation.  Passes can be pre-printed in your corporate style.  Personal information is printed in a neat, legible format, clearly showing the visitor's name and company, the name of the host responsible for their being on site and a validity date.  There is also a barcode for easy logging in and out to record the time the visitor entered and departed the premises.

Instant Reporting
A great feature of Visibadge is that reports are obtained at the click of the mouse.  If you need to know who is on site at any time, who has visited whom, which visitors are expected, or who is the owner of a particular vehicle, it couldn't be easier to get a fast answer.  No more time consuming searches through often illegible books; all information is instantly at your disposal.  An emergency report button is standard.

Regular Visitors
Visibadge keeps a log of all visitors.  when a frequent visitor arrive you can look up a name and company from a pick list to save re-entering data on every occasion.
