For the most powerful visitor management system, look no
further than the VisiBadge Pro Ex. You can customise your own
passes at any time using our Pass Designer module. Create
pass layouts of any size and select the printer for each design -
standard paper passes, plastic cards for VIP guests or long term
contractors.
The Field Manager module enables you to add or remove fields,
allowing you to customise the database to suit your exact
requirements. For extra security , you can add photographs of
visitors to your passes. Filters can be created to cater for
different categories of visitor or to differentiate between
different entrances or buildings. Email notification can be sent
to let staff know when a visitor has arrived. If network
communications break down, VisiBadge Pro Ex automatically creates a
back-up database to enable you to continue booking in visitors and
the databases can be amalgamated when network connection is
resorted. VisiBadge Pro Ex incorporates the standard features
of VisiBadge Pro with extra features such as permanent card holder
management and signature verification. This package offers
total control of visitors and contractors whilst retaining the ease
of use of the other VisiBadge family products.
Pass Designer
Using the Pass Designer Module you can customise your own passes at
any time. Create pass layouts in various sizes to suit a
particular circumstance or occasion - for example, paper passes for
visitors and plastic for VIP guests (to add prestige) and longterm
contractors (to five greater durability).
Intranet Pre-booking System (IPS)
VisiBadge IPS is installed only once on the company intranet server
and will ease the burden in a busy reception area by allowing
authorised staff members to pre-book their own visitors in advance
of their arrival. Visitor details are updated on any VisiBadge
application connect to the database.
Photo Support
For sites wher security is of paramount importance, Pro Ex allows
you to include photos on passes quickly and easily. Ideal for
visitors to sensitive areas or for longterm contractors and
temporary workers.
